Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may return or exchange batteries, chargers, and boosters within 1 year from the date of delivery due to manufacturer defect.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Damaged product due to user error and/or misuse
Return Process

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, and you will be notified when the credit is issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process to get a refund and place a new order. Depending on the availability of the item, we may assist you with an exchange directly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you believe your order is incomplete or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@waunlimited.com with your order number and details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process. However, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
